Watch the video presentation and finish off the following sentences:
⦁ Don’t have a meeting unless you have a clear purpose.
⦁ Set objectives – what’s the meeting for?
⦁ Do you want Feedback, Decisions, Or Actions?
What do you want to Achieve by the end of it ?
⦁ Provide an Agenda before  the meeting.  People could be allocate topics to prepare beforehand to get them involved.
And prioritize the list of what needs to be done. Keep the agenda short and make sure that every item has a purpose.
⦁ Set times for each topic and stick to them.  Close the
Discussion when the time is up.
⦁ Start and end on time. Don’t wait around for people
who are  late. They assume that the meetings always start late. And don’t let the meeting drag on after the time meant to be finished.
⦁ Capture action points. Make sure that every topic has been discussed, that everyone is clear what needs to  done, and
who is  going to do it.
Circulate a summary after the meeting. If there are no  action points, then what was the purpose of the meeting?
